Low Dose Naltrexone

This is a new drug that does two things. It increases a patient's immunity and it helps all autoimmune diseases.

Naltrexone directly stimulates a half dozen different types of immune cells. Once these cells, such as T-killer cells, are activated, they go after the bad cells, and thus raise a patient's immunity. This enables a patient to fight all kinds of infections, and with better immunity, some cancer patients even do better.

Great news! Naltrexone is very helpful across the board for all different kinds of autoimmune diseases. Autoimmune diseases are caused when the body is confused about what is foreign to the body and what is your own body. A patient becomes allergic to something that looks almost identical to a protein in his own body. What happens then, is the patient becomes allergic to himself. This can involve the thyroid gland an is called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. When an autoimmune disease involves the bones it is called Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Below is a list of the most common autoimmune diseases that can be significantly helped by low dose Naltrexone.

Fibromyalgia / Lupus / Hashimoto's Thyroiditis / Sjogren's / Ulcerative Colitis /                   Irritable Bowel Syndrome / Celiac Disease / Crohn's Disease / Psoriasis / Rheumatoid Arthritis

Compounded Troches

A catalyst is a chemical that helps one molecule turn into a slightly different molecule. In the human body, these catalysts are called enzymes. Each chemical reaction has a unique enzyme. For example, Estradiol (brand name Estrace) turns into Estriol with the help of the enzyme Indole-3-Carbinol. This reaction is important because women who are low in Estriol have been found to be more likely to get breast cancer. This important enzyme was discovered in broccoli, and is also in cauliflower and cabbage. You can also buy Estriol at a compounding pharmacy.
